No Refunds on Early Bird Special Prices
Melena Consulting Group has a policy of no refunds on Early Bird Special Prices. As such, all Early Bird Specials are non-refundable. However, you may keep all materials and use them in accordance to the terms and conditions.

Melena Consulting Group has a policy of no refunds, returns, or exchanges on assessments. As such, all Assessments are nonrefundable. Current assessment prices are on our website.
Refunds for Online Training
Melena Consulting Group provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee for online pre-recorded training.
To be eligible for a refund for online pre-recorded courses, student must submit request for refund to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of purchase. Refund will be equal to the total amount the student paid Melena Consulting Group for the online training minus the cost of any Assessments delivered to the student as part of the training. Even if the student has not completed the Assessment, the Assessment shall be non-refundable.
Refunds do not apply to Early Bird Special prices, which are non-refundable.
